Our experienced team of project managers and technical architects will take care of all the necessary steps and measures before construction work begins. Including all necessary permits and licenses.

After you have approved our cost estimate, a one-time down payment is due. This is simply a prepayment for the work ahead. You will then receive invoices (including a detailed list of costs and materials) for individual construction phases they are completed. Throughout the projects, you pay only for what was actually built and that you have full transparency about the costs at all times.
